Shipping Charges

Non-Delivery Returns (NDR)
If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, it will be treated as a Non-Delivery Return (NDR).
In such cases, both the forward and return courier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
