Returns

Important
To help us process your request quickly, please record a 60–120 second unboxing video while opening your package. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon delivery and may be required during the return process.
Return Eligibility
Your return request will be approved only if:

MRP tag intact

User manual (if applicable)

Warranty card (if applicable)

All accessories and complimentary items included

Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or dislike of the product. We recommend reading the product description carefully or contacting us before placing your order if you have any questions.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as otherwise communicated by our support team.
Shipping Charges

Forward and return courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

For NDR (Non-Delivery Return) cases, both forward and return shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund.
